Welcome to retAI Solutions. This website and the associated Proof of Concept (POC) are currently in an active Research & Development phase. The project is led by a founder with extensive global CIO experience in the retail and energy sectors, dedicated to building autonomous retail resilience in Canada.
2. Privacy Commitment & Data Collection
We prioritize absolute respect for data privacy through a "Passive Observer" architecture.
Non-Intrusive Capture: Our technology is engineered for the passive capture of raw physical network signals. We do not perform Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) on encrypted user payloads.
No PII: We do not collect, store, or process Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from retail customers.
PCI DSS Boundary: The retAI architecture is specifically designed to remain out-of-scope for PCI DSS compliance by focusing on metadata and network state telemetry rather than sensitive transaction data.
3. Use of Data
Training using a high-fidelity internal environment.
Internal High-Scale Lab: "Data currently processed is captured within a dedicated, high-fidelity internal laboratory environment (generating 1.7M+ real-world events daily). This allows us to stress-test our ingestion engine and refine our JEPA-based world models without external risk".
Feature Characterization: "We use this high-velocity telemetry to teach our system how to characterize shifts in physical network states and map them to potential operational disruptions".
Safe-Environment Agents: "Agent actions are currently executed within an isolated simulation layer to validate resolution logic before future field deployment".
4. Terms of R&D Use
Developmental Status: "retAI is currently in a pre-commercial development phase. We are not currently offering a public platform or service; rather, we are engineering the core autonomous architecture" .
Technical Benchmarking: "Current efforts are focused on benchmarking the latency and predictive accuracy of our non-intrusive capture method against the 1.7M+ daily events generated in our internal POC".
Stealth Research: "Access to technical documentation or future pilot programs is strictly by invitation as we continue to operate in a semi-stealth R&D mode."
